“We've known each othersince middle school, started dating in high school, and were approaching ourtenth anniversary when he got down on one knee.
We were sitting in ourbeach chairs on the beautiful dunes in Michigan, overlooking the lake atsunset. I had no idea why he made me move my chair away from where we werestanding to take a picture, or why the young kid next to us wasn't"allowed" to take the picture. I am now thankful because thegentleman that did come to take our picture instead took a video of my futurehusband proposing to me. I was completely surprised and had no idea it wascoming. I was in awe of the beautiful ring. After the tears stopped and I saidyes, I got so excited and said, ‘put it on my finger now!’
