The following terms and conditions apply to Razny Jewelers’ Natural Diamond Event, taking place September 19–21, 2025.


Choose from one of two promotions during the Natural Diamond Event from Sept. 19-21, 2025. These promotions may not be combined. Clients may not combine the complimentary setting offer with the $4,999 1 ct. diamond promotion. Only one promotion may be selected.

Receive 110% of your trade-in value on your Razny Jewelers-purchased diamond or diamond studs. Clients may trade in a previously purchased Razny Jewelers natural diamond or pair of natural diamond stud earrings and receive a credit equivalent to 110% of the original purchase price of the trade-in item. This credit must be applied toward the purchase of a new natural diamond or jewelry of greater value. Customers with no trade-in may be eligible for a discount on their first pair of diamond studs from Razny Jewelers.

Receive a complimentary setting (valued up to $1,500 retail) with your purchase of $2,500 or more in loose diamonds from Razny Jewelers during the event, before taxes.

The complimentary setting includes one of the following options:

• 14k yellow or white gold hidden halo semi-mount made for a 1-carat round diamond. Retail $1,490.
• 14k yellow gold solitaire made for a 1.50-carat oval-cut diamond. Retail $1,190.
• 14k yellow gold hidden halo semi-mount made for a 1.50-carat round diamond. Retail $1,490.

Loose diamonds are not included in the complimentary offer.

Clients who previously purchased a diamond and setting from Razny Jewelers and wish to upgrade their center diamond may trade in their existing setting for evaluation and may receive credit toward a new setting to pair with their new loose diamond.

• The trade-in value is not based on the original purchase price.
• Value will be determined by a Razny Jewelers expert based on the setting’s current precious metal and stone market value and its condition.
• Credit may only be applied toward a new setting and has no cash value.

Razny Jewelers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, or terminate these promotions at any time without notice. Offers valid only during the Natural Diamond Event, September 19–21, 2025. Promotions apply to merchandise subtotal only and do not apply to shipping, handling, or taxes. Credits and complimentary settings have no cash value. Promotions, discounts, and offers may not be combined. Limit one promotion or discount per customer, per transaction.

Brands excluded from promotions: Refined by Razny, Kwiat necklaces and bracelets, and Penny Preville. Trade-in credit applies only to natural diamonds or natural diamond studs originally purchased from Razny Jewelers.

Complimentary setting offer applies only to the setting; loose diamond must be purchased separately.
